Private Work + Life Session

A private one-on-one conversation with Dr. Tameka Whitten, I/O Psychologist, to help you sort through what is happening at work, what is working, what is getting in the way, and what may need to change.

The Private Work + Life (Work plus Life) Session is part of More Than Body Care and gives you dedicated space to take a closer look at your work, your life, and how well the two are fitting together.

Whether you are navigating your job, making a work or career decision, or figuring out how you want to work within your own business, we start with what is happening for you right now.

Together, we look at what is working, what feels harder than it should, what may be worth protecting, and what you may want to do differently going forward.

• Career or work direction and decisions
• Engagement, motivation, or dissatisfaction
• How you are working within your own business
• What may need to change for work to fit you better

Your session includes

• A pre-session Work + Life Reflection
• A private one-on-one session with Dr. Tameka Whitten, I/O Psychologist
• A personalized Work + Life Summary
• One recommended resource
• The option to follow up after your session with a question or clarification

How it works

1. Purchase your session.
   After checkout, you’ll receive access to your private More Than Body Care session area through your Coco Chiloso customer account.
2. Schedule your session.
   Choose your appointment within 14 days of purchase. You can select any available date and time within the 60-day scheduling window.
3. Complete your Work + Life Reflection.
   Your responses give us a starting point for your conversation and help Dr. Tameka understand what you want to sort through.
4. Meet online.
   You’ll meet privately with Dr. Tameka. Plan for up to 60 minutes. Most sessions will run approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
5. Receive your follow-up.*
   After the session, you’ll receive your personalized Work + Life Summary and recommended resource.

*After you’ve had some time to reflect on our conversation, you’re welcome to follow up within the next 7 days if you have a question or need clarification about something we discussed.
