How to Join

Joining the CC Spice Points Loyalty Rewards is easy and free! Simply create an account, and you’ll be enrolled to start earning and redeeming points for some SPICY rewards!

Earning Points*

Earn points every time you shop and engage with us! Here are some ways how you can earn points:

Purchases: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible online purchases.
Account Creation: Earn 25 points just for creating a new account through the rewards widget or 'My Rewards' page.
Birthday Reward: Earn 100 points on your birthday by updating your birthdate information. Details must be provided at least 30 days prior to the birthdate to receive points.
Referral Program: Refer a friend and earn a $5 off $25 discount when they make a purchase. Your friend will earn this same discount!

Redeeming Points*

Redeem your points for discounts on future purchases. Here's how it works:

100 points = $5 discount
Points can be redeemed in increments of 100 points.
Points can be redeemed by entering your discount code at checkout.
Please note that points cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discounts, unless otherwise stated.

*All earning and redeeming options must be initiated through your CC Spice Points rewards account.

Managing Your Points

All actions to earn and redeem points occur through your rewards account. You can easily manage your points through your account dashboard within the rewards widget or on the My Rewards page on our website. Check your points balance, view your earning history, and see available redemption options all in one place.

Program Terms and Conditions

Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with points from other accounts.
Points cannot be earned or redeemed on the purchase of gift cards.
The program is subject to change, including earning rates, redemption rates, expiration terms, and reward options. Any changes will be communicated on our website. See our full list of program terms within our Rewards Policy.

How do I check my points balance?

Sign in to your account through the rewards widget or the My Rewards page on our website and navigate to the My Balance section to view your points balance and history.

When will I see the points (or referral discount) I earned within my points balance?

Your points balance updates for eligible orders within 3 business days. Points for updating your birthday information show on your account on your birthday. For referral discounts ($5 off $25), you will receive the discount when your referred friend makes a purchase with their eligible $5 off $25 discount.

Can I earn points on every purchase?

You earn points on all eligible purchases made within our store, except for gift card purchases. To earn points, your order must be initiated through your CC Spice Points rewards account or the My Rewards page, by choosing the Complete An Order option and selecting the Purchase button.

How do I redeem my points?

To redeem points, choose the Redeem button next to your elected reward within the rewards widget to reveal your discount code. On the online checkout page, you will have the option to apply your points towards your purchase by entering your discount code at checkout. Loyalty discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts, unless otherwise specified.

Note: Redemption options vary by location. Online discounts codes can only be applied to online orders. In-person discounts are only eligible on in-person purchases.

Can I earn and redeem points at your pop-up locations?

Effective October 1, 2024, you can now earn and redeem your loyalty points on eligible purchases online or at our pop-up locations. To qualify, you create an account online or enter your email address at checkout. Redemption options vary per location.

Do my points expire?

Redeemed discount codes have an expiration date. Typically, you will have 30 days to use your redeemed discount. If the discount is not used prior to the date stated, your discount code will expire along and the points used to redeem the discount.

Points can also expire due to inactivity on your rewards account. Six months of inactivity on your rewards account will cause your points to expire. If your points are set to expire due to inactivity, you will be notified prior to the date via the email address associated with your account. Earning and redeeming points will prevent your points from expiring.
