Coco Chiloso Spice Points Loyalty Rewards Program Policy

Welcome to the CC Spice Points Loyalty Rewards Program. Please read our Rewards Policy to understand how you can earn and redeem your points.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1. Customers who create an account through the CC Spice Points Loyalty Rewards widget are enrolled.
1.2. Membership is free, and there is no purchase necessary to join.

 


2. Earning Points

2.1. Purchases: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
2.2. Account Creation: Earn 25 points for creating a new account. For customers that already have a store account, they will earn account creation points when they sign in using the Create An Account button through the rewards widget.
2.3. Birthday Reward: Earn 100 points on your birthday by updating your birthdate information. Details must be provided at least 30 days prior to the birthdate to receive points. If birthdate details are provided within 30 days, the birthday points will be rewarded at the next birthday. 
2.4. Referral Program: Earn $5 off a minimum $25 purchase for every friend  referred when they make a purchase. The referee friend will also receive this discount.
2.7. All points earning activities must be initiated through the CC Spice Point Loyalty Rewards widget.

 


3. Redeeming Points

3.1. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at the following rate:
  • 100 points = $5 off discount
3.2. Minimum Redemption: Points can be redeemed in increments of 100 points.
3.3. Points can only be redeemed through our Shopify store.
3.4. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.5. Loyalty discount codes cannot be combined with any other discounts, unless specified. 
3.7. All points redemption activities must be initiated through the CC Spice Point Loyalty Rewards widget.
3.8. Redemption options vary by location. Online discounts codes can only be applied to online orders. In-person discounts are only eligible on in-person purchases.

 


4. Points Expiry

4.1. We retain the right to subject points to expiry. We will notify you before your points are due to expire.

5. Program Limitations

5.1. Points can be earned on eligible purchase dollar values, not to include, tax, shipping, or other eligible discounts, where applicable. 
5.2. Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with points from other accounts.
5.3. Points cannot be earned or redeemed on gift cards purchases.
5.4. Discounts codes earned from the rewards program cannot be combined with other discounts when redeeming unless otherwise specified.
5.5. Earned points appears on account balance at the time of order fulfillment.
5.6. Returns and Refunds forfeit points previously earned on the purchase.
5.6. The program is subject to change, including earning rates, redemption rates, expiration terms, and the types of rewards offered. Any updates or changes will be reflected via our rewards program webpage.

 


6. Account Management

6.1. You can view your points balance and history in your account dashboard.
6.2. If you believe there is an error in your points balance, please contact us at support@cocochiloso.com within 15 days of the transaction date.

 




7. Termination and Modification

7.1. Coco Chiloso reserves the right to terminate or modify the CC Spice Points Loyalty Rewards Program at any time. 
7.2. In the event of program termination, members will be notified and will have 30 days to redeem any remaining points.

 


8. General Conditions

8.1. By participating in the CC Spice Points Loyalty Rewards Program, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

8.2. Fraud or abuse related to points earning or redemption may result in forfeiture of points and termination of your account.
