Hi, I’m Tameka, founder of Coco Chiloso.

When I created Coco Chiloso, my goal was to help people care for dry skin with thoughtfully made products that actually work. But I have always believed that care can extend beyond the products we use.

Sometimes care looks like slowing down for a moment, finding something that brings a little joy, having a meaningful conversation, or simply being reminded that we are not moving through life alone.

My background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology has shaped how I think about people, behavior, connection, and everyday well-being. It is also part of what inspired me to create More Than Body Care.

More Than Body Care is a free community from Coco Chiloso created for small moments of encouragement, thoughtful conversations, and meaningful connection.

Inside the community, you will find personal notes, favorite things, simple comforts, ideas worth passing along, and space to share what is on your mind. You can introduce yourself, join a conversation, respond to a Little Moment, or simply read along.

There is nothing you have to complete and no schedule to follow. Stop by whenever you want to discover something new, enjoy a thoughtful moment, or feel a little more connected.

I do not have all the answers, and this is not a space about doing more or getting everything right. It is simply another way to care for ourselves and one another.
