Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy outlines how to change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout. Your payment method is stored securely and will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose a prepaid option.

Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the selected term. You may cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Promotional and tiered subscription discounts apply only while a subscription remains active for the full, consecutive period specified in the promotion. If a subscription is paused or canceled, the promotional timeline resets. Any discount progression restarts if the subscription is later reactivated.

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time. Links to manage your subscription are included in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out of stock or soon to be available product yet to be in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has yet to be fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
